You may be allowed to withdraw some of your super on compassionate grounds for medical expenses and treatment for a mental illness.

I can assess and complete the required report/form (as the Specialist) if you are applying for ERS on the grounds of acute or chronic mental illness, and the treatment you are applying is IVF. I will see individuals and couples, irrespective of sexual or gender identity, from all states and territories who are seeking ERS for IVF.
